Gloria Cadman
Role: Reader Member CRC Executive
I was a history teacher and senior manager for many years. Now retired, I am a Reader in the diocese of Newcastle upon Tyne, where I serve the parish of St Francis which is based in a leafy suburb of the city. I edit the Newcastle Reader magazine, which is printed twice yearly, and work with the Lindisfarne Regional Training Partnership in the delivery of two discipleship courses.
When not engaged in church work, I enjoy reading, music, the theatre, walking and gardening. From time to time I host foreign students who are studying at a local language school. I also share my home with an eccentric tabby cat called Frankie. |
