Ministry Development Review for Readers



The national church is introducing a scheme of Ministry Development Review for all clergy which will be part of their terms of licensing. This publication proposes guidelines for a parallel scheme for Readers. The guidelines take into account the varied and voluntary nature of Reader ministry, and that, as Readers are increasingly mobile, the scheme is recommended to provide a uniformity of review.
